SMS / Text Messaging Policy

Effective: October 20, 2026 Renova by Jessica ("we," "us," "our") operates this SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospective clients about appointments and aesthetic services. This policy explains how the program works, what messages you'll receive, and how to opt out. How you give consent You agree to receive SMS messages from Renova by Jessica when you: * Submit a form on renovabyjessica.com that includes your phone number and check the box for transactional messages, marketing messages, or both; * Ask us by phone or in person to text you; or * Provide your phone number on a client intake form and agree to receive text messages. Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any service. Consent is tied to the specific phone number you provide; if your number changes, please tell us so we can update or remove our records. What messages you'll receive Transactional messages: messages related to your account, orders, or services you have requested. These may include appointment confirmations, reminders and reschedule requests, follow-up check-ins after a visit, and account or payment notifications. Marketing messages: marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, and product updates. You can accept transactional messages without accepting marketing messages. We do not send SMS messages on behalf of any third party. We do not sell or rent your phone number, and we do not share it with outside marketers. Message frequency Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates Message and data rates may apply. Renova by Jessica does not charge for SMS messages; any cost depends on your wireless plan. Opting out: STOP You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will not receive further SMS messages from this program. If you would like to opt back in, you may sign up again as you did previously. Please do not send sensitive medical information by text message. Carrier disclaimer Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to subscribe to this SMS program. Changes to this policy We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
